When Should I apply?

The CSU Bakersfield McNair Program will not longer be accepting applications throughout the academic year. Applications will now only be accepted each Fall Quarter.

Fall Quarter 2007 Appliation Deadline for 2007/2008 Academic Year:

Monday, September 24, 2007

Apoplications will not be accepted after this date.

Research Proposal Deadline for Fall Quarter 2007: The 2007-2008 Research Proposal Deadline will be on Monday, January 14, 2008 by 5:00 p.m.

PROGRAM INFORMATIONAL SESSIONS:

There will be two program informational sessions held during the beginning of Fall 2007 Quarter. These informational sessions will cover:

• Program Overview
• Why apply to McNair
• What McNair can do for you
• The importance of graduate school
• How to become a McNair Scholar
• Scholar Research Experience
• How to become a McNair Scholar

These sessions will be held on:

Thursday, September 13th at 9:00 a.m. in room AE 105

Monday, September 17th at 3:00 p.m. in room DDH F100
