Department Share Access Request
All requests for departments shared folder access ("V" drive) must be submitted in writing. Fill out 1 form for each folder name request. You will only be allowed to choose access permissions for the main folder and sub-folder if needed. After the form has been filled out, print out the form and get the appropriate signatures. The department designee may sign the form to add or remove employees from the departments main shared folder. All other requests will require a signature by the respective administrator. The form needs to be submitted to ITSS which is located in the Library, Room 13. For your convenience, you may also email the filled out form with signatures to email@example.com or fax to 661-654-2420. Once the form is received and approved, it will be completed as soon as possible. The administrator or designee will be notified via email. Work at Home Software
Work at Home software is available to current CSUB staff and faculty only. Due to the current budget situation the Helpdesk will be charging (at cost) for the following Work-At-Home software:
Office 2010 (Windows): $6.46
Office 2011 (OS X): $5.25
Windows 7 Pro: $4.70
Windows 8 Pro: $5.26
