This service provides a personal toll free phone number for the customer to conduct telephone conference calls.

What do I need to get this service?

The department submits a request for "New Teleconference Service" to the Helpdesk specifying the employee that will host the phone calls.


What is included?

Tollfree phone number
Participant access code
Confidential host access code.


When is support for this service available?

The service is hosted by AT&T.  AT&T provides support 24/7 and during teleconference calls.

Where is this service available?

From any telephone or cell phone that can make tollfree calls.


How long does it take to get the service?

Once the required information is received in ITS, it is usually processed within a week.


How do I stop or change the service?

The department submits a request to "Change Teleconference Service" to the Helpdesk requesting the change.


Costs

Up to 10 cents per participant per minute.
