Email for Faculty and Staff



Campus electronic mail system provided by Microsoft using the Office 365 platform.


What do I need to get this service?

Current Faculty and Staff members automatically receive accounts within 24 hours of being processed by Human Resources. The email system can be accessed using a web browser or an email client on a computer or mobile device.

What is included?

A personalized campus email address, online calendar, and online file storage.

When is support for this service available?

During normal business hours
Available outside normal business hours for emergencies

How long does it take to get the service?

Accounts for new faculty and staff members are automatically created within 24 hours of being processed by Human Resources.

How do I stop or change the service?

Changes to displayed name or email aliases can be requested via the Helpdesk at extension 2307. Service stops when a campus separation has been processed by Human Resources.
