This service enables departments to configure their business documents for the campus document management system (aka Enterprise Content Management [ECM] system). Once configured, authorized department users can scan, import, index, and retrieve documents using the current ECM tool.


What do I need to get this service?

Please contact for consultation for identification of the project scope.  Also complete an official ITS project charter request to procure this service.
