Enterprise Document Management Service Onboarding


EDMS [or OnBase] Onboarding


This service enables departments to configure their business documents for the enterprise document management system (formerly known as Enterprise Content Management [ECM] system).  Once configured, authorized department users can scan, import, index, and retrieve documents using the current tools of EDMS.


What do I need to get this service?

Please contact OnBaseSupport@cusb.edu for consultation for identification of the project scope.  Also complete an official ITS project charter request to procure this service.

What is included?

Access & storage to the EDMS
Consultation for configuring documents in the EDMS
Training - as needed

Access to the campus ECM
Copy of the configuration
Training - as needed
