SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS


What do I need to get this service?

The Department Telecom Contact (DTC) submits a request to "Add", "Change", or "Delete" the Campus Directory to the Helpdesk.


What is included?

A listing should exist for every CSUB employee name, extension, email, title, building, room, and department name.
