What do I need to get this service?

Access to 25 Live to request service.


What is included?

There are two options:
Self-service, you pickup and return the equipment.
Full-Service, IT delivers, connects, tests, and retrieves the equipment.


When is support for this service available?

During normal business hours

Where is this service available?

The Speakerphone requries a phone jack nearby that has working analog phone service.


How long does it take to get the service?

Assuming one of the two Speakerphones is available: 
The Self-Service option is usually available within 1 or 2 business days.  The Full-Service option may require up to two weeks, depending on 25 Live event planning, time of day, and day of week.

Costs

There is a daily cost for the loaner Speakerphone and there are hourly charges for full service.
