Runner MFD (Multi-Functional Device) Program

Formally known as Campus Copiers

Runner MFD Program

Formally know as a copier, an MFD, unlike a copier, is a device that provides centralized printing, scanning, copying, emailing and faxing functionality.

Campus departments utilize various types of copiers and printers to conduct their daily work. Purchasing and maintaining equipment, especially high volume multi-task equipment, is expensive. The Runner MFD Program will provide and maintain MFD's for use by campus departments. The department is charged for this service based on usage of the equipment. The per page charges start at $0.065 per page for black and white. The service includes full equipment maintenance, ink/toner and staples (if used), and all common sizes of paper.

If you would like to request a machine in an area that currently does not have a MFD, please contact Nancy O’Kane, Campus Support Services Manager, at ext. 2272. Please note, as the program is structured to maximize cost savings to the University, machine placement is based on usage as determined by Business Management Services.
