All CSUB students are expected to read, understand, and abide by CSUB exchange programs’ policies. Students will be sent a copy of exchange program’s policies in their acceptance packets. Students agree to CSUB’s policies by submitting their application. Please read and understand the following policies before submitting your application. Payments
Every student participating in an exchange program at CSUB is required to make the following payments:
Application Payment: All CSUB applicants are required to pay a non-refundable program application fee specified by each program agency at the time their application is submitted. For CSUB direct exchange programs, there is no application fee.
Campus Fee and Tuition: Once your application is processed and your acceptance is confirmed, you will be mailed an acceptance packet including course descriptions and other pertinent program information. You should pay off all your campus fee, room and boarding, and tuition at CSUB before you depart for the hosting country. If you are through ISEP direct exchange program, then you should make the payment directly to ISEP.
Financial Aid
If you are currently receiving or are planning on using financial aid to pay for all or part of your expenses while abroad, please go to the financial aid office on your campus in order to determine whether aid will transfer to your exchange program. ISP advises students to apply early for aid in order to make the necessary payments before your departure. Most of the financial aid will apply to exchange programs at CSUB.
