HOUSING ON CAMPUS:The residence halls offer the convenience of prepared meals, the
closeness of classes and activities, and the social and cultural mixing with
other resident students. The residence halls are for single students not
for families, children or married couples. Some single rooms are available.

advisable that you contact office of housing for the most current
information.Initial payment of $450 and
security deposit of $50 along with the signed copies of the housing
license agreement (White & Yellow Copies) are required to Reserve A Space.Payment plans are available
to help the student on financial aid or on a budget. The license is for the
academic school year, September to June and excludes Winter, Spring, and
Summer recess.Off-Campus ApartmentsThere is a variety of
housing for rent in Bakersfield. The average cost of a two bedroom apartment
is approximately $500.00 - &700.00 per month, plus utilities. Most apartments
require a deposit and first month's rent paid in advance.You can find many
apartments in the Bakersfield
Californian. It is possible to cut down on rent if you find a roommate or
two. Off-campus living offers greater privacy and the ability to cook your own
food. Take into consideration that living off-campus requires you to have some
