For students on a CSUB "exchange" programs
(include ISEP exchange), please note that credit earned is considered "resident"
credit back here at your home university. Therefore, grades earned abroad will
appear as letter grades on your CSUB transcript. Our Evaluators will do a grade
conversion upon receipt of official transcripts which are sent directly from the
institution abroad to CSUB or through agencies. Then, the credits will be posted after the home university
has received your official transcripts from the host university.

For student participating in non-CSUB programs
(including ISEP-Direct) in which no registration fees are paid to CSUB, credit
earned is considered "transfer" credit and will appear only as a line-item on
the top of your transcript. The GPA will not be figured into your CSUB GPA but
will figure into your overall GPA at the bottom of your transcript.
Please note: students must double check with
their home institutions to make sure that the credits will be transferable to
their home college/university.
