Laura Hecht, Assistant Vice President
Laura Hecht began as Assistant Vice President of IRPA in 2008. Prior to her appointment, she served as Professor of Sociology. She earned the Ph.D. in Sociology from Indiana University in 1996, the M.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1991, and the B.S. in Biology and Secondary Education in 1988, also from UW-Milwaukee.


Terry Dunn, Special Consultant
Dr. Terrence (Terry) Dunn served as the Director of Institutional Planning and Research from 1993 to 2008. Dr. Dunn received his B.S. in Psychology at the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1971. The same year he was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship. At the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,he received an M.A. (1974) and a Ph.D. (1976) in Quantitative Psychology.


Cheryl Holsonbake, Research Associate
Cheryl Holsonbake joined IRPA in July 2007. She received a B.A. degree in Economics from California State University, Bakersfield in 1999. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Public Administration from the University. Prior to CSUB, Cheryl worked for Kern County Superintendent of Schools for seven years as a Research Associate.


Duane Jorges, Analyst/Programmer
Duane Jorges came to CSU Bakersfield in 1999 as an analyst programmer and joined IRPA in February of 2009. He began his career as a programmer in 1985 specializing in low level languages and data analysis


Sue Wallace, Research Assistant
Sue Wallace has worked in the IRPA office since July 1987. Since July 1998 she has served as Research Assistant.


Sandra Renfro, Research Assistant
Sandra Renfro joined IRPA in October 2008. Sandra has worked for CSU Bakersfield since 1995.
