First Year Experience (FYE)

The First Year Experience (FYE): This LLC is designed to support incoming freshmen in their transition to college life. The programs are both social and academic and faculty and staff across the University get involved. All FYE students live in the Rivendell Hall and take CSUB 101 together. It is likely that residents will also share either a Math or English class together as well. Space is limited. If you are interested in staying on the FYE building, make sure you indicate that when completing your online Housing application. If you did not indicate that on the application, you can email csubhousing@gmail.com to request the FYE Living Learning Community building.
