Parents and FERPA

CSUB is in compliance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).

FERPA limits educational institutions certain rights to disclose students educational records to parents. These rights transfer to the student when he or she reaches the age of 18 or attends school beyond the high school level.
