During the summer quarter, the CSUB Housing and Residence Life, in conjunction with Aramark, is open to conferences, youth camps and guest housing. We are proud to offer the opportunity to accommodate short-term accommodations for summer group conferences in a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment at an economical rates in our residence halls. In coordination with other university departments, we strive to provide a pleasant, rewarding, enjoyable and affordable campus experience for our guests.

Conference and Guest Service application process:

1. Complete the Facilities Use Application and submit the completed application to Student Housing office.
2. We will review the contract, fill in the necessary information, and return it to you for your signature. We will need it back to send to Procurement for final execution.
3. When you receive a confirmation from us, your space is reserved.
