We are so excited for you to begin an important journey! By electing to go to college, you have taken the first step in providing more options for your future. You are choosing to broaden your perspective, learn about and interact with people who are of a different culture, background, and nationality than you.

In the process of doing all of this, you will learn more about yourself and others. Hopefully, during this journey you will also become more independent, confident, and aware. There is really no better place than the residence halls to meet new people, practice skills, and adapt to campus life. While living on campus, you will have an opportunity to be an active and engaged member of a college community that offers events, programs, and easy contact with faculty. Thanks for choosing us. New Student Housing Project

CSUB Housing has come a long way since its beginning in the early 1970's. 40 years later and with the support and approval from the Chancellor's Office and the Board of Trustees, Student Housing is taking the next step to create a more student centered campus and community. We are excited to announce that construction on a state of the art student housing complex will start this summer with an anticipated opening of January 2015.
