Single

The Single room is one of our most popular options. It is actually a double room but only one student occupies the space. Only 7 spaces are available, so not everyone that preferences a Single will receive one, regardless of when they submit their payment. The total cost for this room for one year is $13,702.33 ($9,280.34 for rent & $4,421.99 for meals*).

*All resident students are required to have a meal plan.

Double

The Double Room is our most common room type. 250 spaces are available. Two students share one rectangular shaped room. Each student has their own bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet. The total cost for this room and meal plan* for one year is $10,015.43 ($5,593.44 for rent & $4,421.99 for meals).

*All resident students are required to have a meal plan.

Super Double

The Super Double Room is one of our most popular options. 20 spaces are available, so not everyone that preferences a Super Double will receive one, regardless of when they submit their payment. Two students share one an "L" shaped room with more clearly defined personal space for each resident. Each student has their own bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet. The total cost for this room and meal plan* for one year is $10,789.45 ($6,367.46 for rent & $4,421.99 for meals).

Triple

The Triple Room is a new option this year and is our most cost effective option. 60 spaces are available, so not everyone that preferences a Triple will receive one, regardless of when they submit their payment. Three students share one rectangular shaped room. Each student has their own bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet. We have purchased new furniture where the beds are lofted and the desks are placed underneath. This provides more space and personal area for each student. The total cost for this room and meal plan* for one year is $9,035.31 ($4,613.32 for rent & $4,421.99 for meals).

Super Triple

The Super Triple Room is a new option this year. 18 spaces are available on a first come first serve basis, so not everyone that preferences a Super Triple will receive one regardless of when they submit their payment. Three students share one extra large rectangular shaped room on the first floor. Each student has his/her own bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet. We have purchased new furniture where the beds are lofted and the desks are placed underneath. This provides more space and personal area for each student. The total cost for this room and meal plan* for one year is $9,268.89 ($4,846.90 for rent & $4,421.99 for meals).
