Welcome! We, at the CSUB Student Housing & Residence Life, look forward to your application. The application for housing is an online application and is easy to complete. We want to make your application process to housing go as smooth as possible, so we have listed the links below for you to navigate around and to assist in answering any questions you may have.

New Students - Students who are interested in on-campus housing will need to pay $350 to reserve your room for the upcoming academic year. The $350 consists of the $50 Non-Refundable application fee and $300 Down Payment. The $350 must be paid in full in order to complete your application and to reserve your spot in Housing.

Returning Students - Students currently living in Housing, who are interested in living in Housing during the next academic year, the $50 Non-Refundable application fee is waived for you but you must pay the $300 Down Payment in order to complete your application and reserve your spot in Housing for next year.

Spring 2013 Applicants: Students who are interested in on-campus housing will need to pay $250 to reserve a room for the Spring 2013 quarter.
