CSUB GRANT ADMINISTRATION POLICY
It is CSU policy to follow all federal regulations that apply to CSUB grant administration. Links to the federal regulations that apply to Educational Institutions, which include 2CFR215, 2CFR220, and OMB A-133, are provided below:

Policy conflicts:
“If there is a conflict between the sponsor’s and the CSU’s requirements and/or restrictions, the stricter guidelines are to be followed. However, the sponsor’s guidelines will be honored if the award agreement specifically exempts the project from a more restrictive CSU policy or procedure (e.g., meal service).
