Prepare and file the following packet of materials:

b. Third-Party Access
to Data Protocol Instructions
Please follow the instructions with Third-Party Access to Data Protocol in preparing the Research Protocol. Complete and print the Third-Party Access to Data Cover Page, obtain the requested signatures, and attach the cover page to your protocol. File your materials with the Office of Graduate Studies and Research [DDH D-108, (661) 654-2231].
Protocols for Third-Party Access to Data may be submitted at any time and are generally "turned around" in three weeks. It is possible that the reviewers will request additional materials or revisions. It is strongly advised to consult informally in advance with the RERC.
