Use the "IACUC Protocol" to submit your proposed use of animals to the IACUC for review and authorization.
Create an "IACUC Protocol", describing your proposed activities, using the instructions IACUC Protocol: Instructions
Complete both "Anticipated Pain and Distress" rating scales and attach these to the protocol. IACUC Protocol: Pain/Distress
Submit one print copy, with a completed cover page IACUC Protocol: Cover Page with signatures, to the GRaSP Office, DDH D-108.
