CSUB is dedicated to ensuring the safest possible environment for our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. As an employee, you may want to know more about the forms used for campus safety. Bicycle Registration Form

The Bicycle Registration Program is a free service provided by the CSUB Police Department to all CSUB students, faculty, and staff. Participation is voluntary. A CSUB identification sticker will be affixed to your bicycle, and a picture will be taken of your bicycle to be included with the registration form. The form will be located at the Police Department for identification of your bicycle in the event your bicycle is ever stolen and recovered. Hazard Report Form

The Hazard Reporting form allows you to report any safety concerns or hazards that you may observe. For more information, please refer to the Safety and Risk Management website.

Police Personnel Complaints Form

The University Police Department is dedicated to working in partnership with our community as such, it is the policy of the California State University Bakersfield Police Department to investigate all citizens' complaints in order to assure we hold ourselves to the highest possible standard.
