Instructor
Tom See, BS, has more than 25 years experience in management and human resources. He was a founding manager at Elk Hills and has worked at California Production Services, Inc. (CPS) and Shell Oil. He is an approved arbitrator, American Arbitration Association. Tom excels at blending Human Resources and Total Quality Management areas into a contemporary delivery process.
