Equipment Check-Out and Training

You can reserve equipment for your event from ITS through 25Live at least two weeks in advance. If you do not know what equipment is necessary or available please contact Information Technology Support Services.

Most of the equipment available for check-out is subject to a 24 hour check-out period, except when checked-out on Fridays after 3 PM.

  • Sound System
  • Large PA System with Tech Support
  • Lapel, Wireless, Tabletop & Wired Microphones
  • Live Video Streaming
  • PC Laptop
  • Podium with Mic
  • Tech Support during your event
