A cultural event is an event that educates, stimulates, espouses diversity of people, promotes the fine arts, or lends itself to the broadening of perspectives.

Corporate Events:
Corporate events, whether for business or pleasure, are thrown by a company or corporation for their employees to meet, socialize, or celebrate.

Educational Events:
An educational event can consist of anything from a lecture to a training or seminar, in either an interactive or stationary setting.

Social Events:
Social events are held by individuals or businesses and vary in style; from a wedding, to a wine tasting, to a holiday party.
Step 1: Contact the Facility Coordinator for the specific venue you are interested in to see if space is available via phone or email
Step 2: Fill out a Facility Use Application
Step 3: Review any and all Policies & Procedures specific to your event
Step 4: If off-campus guests will be attending your event, fill out a Facility Use Agreement
Step 5: Work with Facility Coordinator to obtain all signatures and cost estimates (parking, rentals, etc.) for Facility Use Application and Facility Use Agreement as well as obtaining any permits/insurance required for your event
