ADA Accommodations for University Events Policy: CSUB provides accommodations for individuals with disabilities to participate in university sponsored events. Please see the full ADA Policy & Procedure at the link above.
Alcohol Beverage Use on Campus: All event requests for alcoholic beverage must go through the Office of the President. Please see CSUB's alcohol policy at the link above
Catering Procedure: CSUB offers full service catering on campus through our two preferred caterers, Aramark and Togo's. Off site catering is evaluated per event. Please see the link above for the CSUB Catering Policy & Procedure.
Scheduling CSUB Events Off-Campus: University sponsored off-campus events are an extension of the university's programs, and therefore are subject to all applicable university policies and procedures as well as federal and state law. Please see the link above for the full Policy and Procedure regarding CSUB off-campus events.
Scheduling University Facilities for Non-Instructional Events: The event venues and facilities of CSUB are available primarily for the purpose of conducting the university's academic program. Time, place, and manner of CSUB events and activities shall be determined by the university in accordance with relevant statutes, policies, and procedures.
