Parking permits are required 24 hours, 7 days a week. Cars and motorcycles must be parked in designated lots. Please watch for signs indicating legal areas for your vehicles.
What Kind Of Permits Are Available and Where Can I Purchase a Permit?
DAILY permits are $5.00 and may be obtained by stopping at anyone of the "ticket machines" at each entrance to the campus. A permit for a single quarter is $45.00.
You can avoid the lines for quarterly parking permits by ordering them through your myCSUB account (Account Inquiry>Make a Payment>Parking by Mail). Permits ordered through myCSUB will be mailed directly to you. Print and use the receipt for the parking permit purchase to serve as a TEMPORARY-ONLY permit which will be valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fold the reciept in half and place it on the dashboard of your vehicle with the printed side up. While you can pay for your permit at the Cashier's Window, it will not be available to you for pick up. All permits will be mailed to the recipients.
When Will Quarterly Permits Be Available?
Permits will be available one month prior to the start of the quarter and during the first two (2) weeks after the start of classes. Permits cannot be picked up at the Accounting Office. They must be mailed.
See Parking Info for more information on parking fees.
