Download the Open University Registration Form and fill it out completely.  Take the form to the instructor who is teaching the course you are registering for and have him/her sign it.  Extended University accepts the forms starting the second week of the quarter.  Come prepared to pay for the course with a check, money order, VISA, or Mastercard.
