Do I have to pay for parking when I go to CSUB?
You must have a parking pass at ALL TIMES while on campus. You can purchase a quarterly permit for $36 at the Accounting Office Cashier window or buy a daily permit for $1.50 when you come onto campus.
When should I register for classes?
Registering early for classes is strongly encouraged. Enrollment is increasing and there won't always be space in classes if you wait to register.
How many times do I have to register?
You must complete a registration for EACH class you take.
How can I obtain a class schedule?
Quarterly schedules for the next quarter will be distributed in class. If you don't receive one in class, one can be mailed to you.
When are class schedules available?
Quarterly schedules are available as follows: mid-August for fall quarter, mid-November for winter quarter, and mid-February for spring/summer quarters.
What if I need help in planning out my classes?
If you need advising to plan out your class schedule, please call 661-654-2441.
When can I expect to receive my grades?
Grade reports are no longer mailed. To access grades, go to www.csub.edu and click on student log-in and follow the instructions. Grades are not available for viewing until approximately 2 weeks after the end of the quarter (even if your class ended mid-quarter).
How much will books cost?
Only titles of textbooks are printed in the schedule. To determine prices of the book you can call the bookstore at 661-654-2273. Prices and books will be available approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the quarter.
What are the hours of Extended University?
Extended University hours are: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
What if I need special assistance with my classes?
If you need special test taking conditions arranged YOU must contact Services for Students with Disabilities at 664-3360. It takes at least two weeks to get the arrangements made, so plan ahead.
Does the Extended University have a BRN/LVN Provider Number for it's Audiometry Courses?
Yes, it is CEP 304.
