How do I request an AARTS Transcript?
For Army, Army National Guard, or the Army Reserve, contact the Army American Council on Education Registry Transcript System (AARTS) is linked below.
Complete DA Form 5454-R which is available online at http://www.leavenworth.army.mil/aarts and request that a copy be sent to the address above.
Your branch of service may have a different link to request these transcripts. Check with your education office.
