Conference participants will receive the following special room rates from Hyatt Regency Long Beach during the period of April 4 - 6, 2002.

ROOM RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Please make your reservations directly with Hyatt Regency Long Beach by telephone (562) 491-1234, or by mail (200 South Pine Avenue, Long Beach, California 90802, Attention: Reservations Manager), or by Fax (562) 432-1972 or through Hyatt's Central Reservation System at 1-800-233-1234.

CUT-OFF DATE

Reservations must reach the Reservations Department no later than March 3, 2002.

DEPOSITS

Reservations must be garanteed for late arrival with a deposit or guaranteed by one of the following credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, Discover, or JCB. Advance deposits or credit card guarantees will be refundable if the reservation is canceled 72 hours prior toarrival. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours, an amount equal to one nights room and tax will be charged to the guaranteed credit card or the deposit will be non-refundable.

PARKING

The Hyatt Regency Long Beach has parking available to guests attending the conference for a charge of $6 self-parking per day and $8 valet-parking.
