Orpheus
Orpheus, an annual literary journal produced by California State University, Bakersfield, is currently seeking submissions. You are cordially invited to submit your short stories, poems, paintings, and other creative works for publication in the thirty-first edition.
Closing Date for submission for the thirty-first edition is May 15, 2007.

Submission Guidelines: All submissions must be typed, double-spaced, on 8 1/2" x 11" paper. There are no restrictions on subject matter, length, or theme; however, poems over one hundred lines are rarely published. Any use of profanity must be crucial to the understanding of the work.
Copies are available in the English Department Office, Faculty Towers Suite 202, and the Runner Bookstore. Copies are free!!!
