Once you are logged into your course, there is help available by clicking on the "Help" link in the menu bar that is across the top of the page. Once you have selected the link, the "Help" topic will relate to whichever page you are on.

When this occurs, the following are possibilities
When your courses are not listed, contact the professor to see if you have been added into the course.
If you have a WebCT ID and previously entered your e-mail address into WebCT, your password will be sent to you by going to Password Help.
If you have not done the above step, send an email with, your Student ID number (located on your Runner ID card), the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and the year of your birth to web@csub.edu using your RunnerMail email account. With this information, your password will be reset to the last five (5) digits of your CSUB ID number.
