Copy and Paste Outline Content
If you have a good knowledge of HTML, you may consider using this method to make your PowerPoint presentation accessible on the web. You can copy all of the content in the outline view of your PowerPoint into the HTML editor and format it in the appropriate ways.
Please keep in mind for the followings:
- Any texts in the text box will not be shown in the outline view.
- None of audio/video, graphics, animation and transition will be included.
- The outline needs to be organized for a logical reading.
Overall, the native Microsoft PowerPoint (ppt.) is not fully accessible for the web, but there are a number of ways that you can choose to make it accessible on the web for people with disabilities. It is not only required by an array of laws and regulations, but also a smart and right thing to do.
