- Outsource Service Automatic Sync Technologies: The CSU Chancellor’s Office has negotiated a special reduced rate with Automatic Sync Technologies for closed captioning and transcription services, a company that uses trained stenographers to create accurate captions and transcripts. - In-House Production with Hi-Caption: You can do it yourself by following the online tutorial of Captioning with Hi-Caption. Please contact E Learning Services at extension 2307 for obtaining Hi-Caption software.
