It is recommended that you install and use the latest version
for one of the following browsers:
Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Apple Safari
Your Bb 9 Username is the same as your myCSUB Net ID and must be entered using all lowercase letters. The default password is the last five (5) digits of your CSUB ID number.
You can obtain your myCSUB Net ID by going to my.csub.edu and clicking the link titled Find my Net ID by using my CSUB ID number.
If you cannot log in, use the Password Reset Form to have the password reset to the default.
If you can log into Bb 9 but are missing courses that you should have access to you will need to contact the instructor(s) and have them add you to the course(s). You may be able to add yourself to a course if your instructor has enabled this feature.
