California State University, Bakersfield will host the first Walter W. Stiern Library Faculty Research Series on Wednesday, April 26, at 3 p.m. in the Dezember Reading Room.
CSUB physics professor Jorge Talamantes will be the speaker for this quarter's series. He will discuss his current research in a talk titled "Valley Fever and Unusual Weather Events: Is there a Numerically Demonstrable Connection?"
The faculty research series is free and open to the public.
