Transfer Day is designed for students who are transferring to CSUB from other schools, including community colleges and other universities.
Steve Watkin, CSUB outreach director, will welcome students who will be entering CSUB fall 2006. Transfer students and their parents will also hear from a guest speaker. A student orientation will also be presented to students and parents. Following the orientation program, students will get to meet with academic deans: Humanities and Social Sciences, Education, Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and Business and Public Administration.
The students will then be able to meet with an academic adviser and register for classes. Admitted students are reminded that all pre-requisites be satisfied before registering for classes unless the requirements have been appropriately waived.
