California State University, Bakersfield's School of Education will hold a graduate student symposium on Thursday, May 25, at 5:30 p.m. in the Stockdale Room.
Graduate students will present posters they created that will identify standards that many elementary and high school students may have not mastered, CSUB officials said. In addition, several speakers will present their research.
"This is an opportunity for graduate students in education to share their research with the educational community – to shape future educational practices," said Louis Wildman, CSUB education professor.
The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
For additional information, contact Wildman at (661) 654-3047.
