A two-day Women’s Day celebration titled “Envisioning a Future with Peace for All” is scheduled Feb.26 and 27 at California State University, Bakersfield. The celebration will consist of a keynote address and a workshop that will take place in the Stockdale Room in the CSUB cafeteria.

Diamond and River Jameson, the founders of the Total Integration Institute, will present the keynote address titled “The Power of Choice” on Thursday, Feb.26, at 7 p.m. They will expose empowered choices available now that can directly and radically transform and evolve one’s experience and ability to be effective in the world.

The Jamesons have been described as “a dynamic, loving couple who have traveled the world studying and integrating what works, letting go of what doesn’t and sharing this wisdom with others via their event series titled ‘Living Freedom.’ River has also been a professional seer, empathic and psychic for 30 years and has authored and produced with Diamond a 200-card oracle titled ‘Words of Truth.’ Diamond has a business degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and has worked with businesses and organizations internationally as a systems consultant and master of team building.”

Friday’s workshop, titled “Women Choosing Integral Conscious Evolution,” is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m.

“It gives women an opportunity to explore integral models of growth that allow for deep and expansive quantum leaps in our evolution individually and collectively,” said Jane Granskog, a CSUB anthropology professor. “It includes real tools and practices for releasing limiting cultural and family conditioning, and for stabilizing new healthy, loving and integrative states of being.”
