The Art Club at California State University, Bakersfield is having its annual art sale Thursday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the lobby of the Student Union.

A variety of pieces are available, including pottery, wall hangings and paintings. Among the more interesting pieces are some kiln-fired fossils, and some clay pots using a technique that provides a unique finish and texture.

All proceeds benefit the CSUB Art Club, which is planning another sale June 1, 2 and 3. For more information, please call the CSUB Art Department at (661) 664-3031.
