Jameison named student activities director at CSUB
Sabrena Jameison has been named student activities director at California State University, Bakersfield.
Jameison, who began her new job on May 14, is responsible for coordinating all student activities at CSUB.
She came to CSUB from the University of Oklahoma in Norman where she was an assistant for academic and student life in the OU Athletic Department.
A native of Oklahoma City, Jameison earned a bachelor's degree in health and sports science, and a master's degree in adult and higher education, both from OU.
Jameison is looking forward to her new position. "I'm excited to be here," she said, "I wanted to come here because I liked the idea of a smaller campus. Once I visited, I liked what I saw. I really like the campus."
