| Parking: | Please park in Lot I, the lot will be exempt for the event. |
| Amenities: | Light Refreshments will be available, and you may change into your regalia in the Icardo Room. The platform party will join the processional atapproximately 5:50 p.m. for the march to the Icardo Center, and the ceremony will conclude by 8:30 p.m. or shortly after. |

| Additional Info: | Students will march by department and will be led by designated student representatives carrying signs identifying each major. The Graduate Coordinators faculty will march with the processional, and they will be joined by the members of the platform party in the Icardo Center. Students will be hooded and awarded their degrees by department and presented to the President by the academic deans. If you need academic regalia, you may rent it through the Runner Bookstore. |
