Dear CSUB Senior,
Congratulations! You have "made the grade" and have finally reached that last quarter. The CSUB Alumni Association would like to commend you for a job completed from start to finish, and let you know that not only are we proud of your accomplishments, we are elated that another CSUB student has joined the growing ranks of the CSUB Alumni Association.
Your upcoming graduation ceremony will be as follows:
- Graduate Commencement and Hooding Ceremony for all Schools - Wednesday, June 10th at 6 p.m. in the Icardo Center
- Undergraduates from the Schools of Education, Business & Public Administration, and Natural Science and Mathematics - Friday, June 12 at 7 a.m. in the Amphitheatre
- Undergraduates from the School of Humanities & Social Sciences - Saturday, June 13 at 7 a.m. in the Amphitheatre
Details about all commencement activities can be found on the Commencement Calendar as well as on the commencement webpages for each School.
If you are unable to attend, you can contact the Bookstore directly at 661-654-2273. You will be receiving additional details about the actual commencement, including ticket information from your Dean's Office. Please note that there will be no rehearsal for the ceremonies. "Say Cheese!" because your moment crossing the platform will be captured forever. You can order photographs of the ceremony from Ultimate Exposures Photography. And NEW for 2009, the ceremony will be recorded by DVD Graduation. You can purchase a copy of your ceremony here.
The Alumni Association will be there to cheer you on and to sell flowers for your special graduation day. Proceeds from the flower sales help support alumni events and activities. This is a great way for your family and guests to show how proud they are, while helping your alumni association.
