Staff

The staff at Cal State Bakersfield Children's Center consists of a director, administrative assistant, five teachers and student staff who are warm, nurturing and well-trained in the fields of child development and early childhood education. The full-time staff members not only meet but exceed local and state licensing regulations and qualifications with regard to education and experience. Full-time staff members are also CPR and First Aid certified. Student staff members are hired as teacher assistants. Student interns and volunteers from various academic disciplines also participate in the program each quarter.
