Program Fees

There are three components to the Children's Center program fees.

- The first component of program fees is the subsidized funding for lower income student parents provided by the California Department of Education. Program fees through this state subsidy are determined in accordance with the Department of Education funding criteria and sliding fee scale. To qualify for the lower fees, parents must verify their monthly income prior to the child's first day of school. There are a limited number of these spaces funded through this state subsidy.

- The second component of program fees is the annual CSUB Children's Center Scholarship which provides a 50% or 75% reduction of program fees.

- The third component of program fees is the full cost fees for student parents not qualifying for either the state subsidy or the scholarship award.
