All families interested in enrolling their children must submit an Application for Campus Child Care and Development Services. All information submitted by families must be verified by the Center.

You must fill out this form and submit it to the Children’s Center either by fax, mail, or electronically. There is a $10.00 waitlist application fee that ensures you are interested.
After we receive your application, we will send you a form stating we received the application and now we need you to submit the $10.00 fee.
After we receive your $10.00, your child’s name will be placed on our waiting list. If we do not receive your $10.00 within two weeks we will not keep your application.
According to California State University system-wide policy, priority for admission and re-enrollment shall be awarded in the following order:
Children of persons in categories #3 and #4 shall not be admitted or re-enrolled in subsequent years until a reasonable effort has been made to accommodate all eligible applicants in categories #1 and #2.
The Center's program is specifically designed for student-parents enrolled in an educational program leading to a CSUB degree. The parents' educational transcript may be reviewed at the beginning of each quarter to ensure that reasonable progress is being made toward the educational goal specified in the training verification document.
