CSUB Children's Art Institute Board Members
The activities of this organization shall be governed by a Board of Governors that shall be
responsible for all of its affairs. Such Board shall be comprised of the following:

- CSUB Children’s Art Institute Director - Dr. Dianne Turner, Professor of Art Education, CSUB
- CSUB Children’s Art Institute Curriculum Coordinator - Margaret Nowling, Lecturer in Art, CSUB
- CSUB Children’s Art Institute Treasurer - Dr. Steve Herndon, Director of Student Administration Support Systems & Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships
- CSUB Children’s Art Institute Secretary - Ellen Ansolabehere, elementary classroom teacher, Ronald Reagan Elementary School, art coordinator @ Reagan, CSUB Adjunct Professor in Art Education; CSUB alumna
- Community member - Jill Thayer, Artist, Graphic Designer, Gallery Owner, Doctoral student (Cultural/Museum Studies, Claremont Graduate University), Bakersfield private business owner & CSUB alumna
- Community member - Dr. Craig Hammans, DVM, Founder and Co- owner Coffee Road Animal Hospital and Coffee Road Animal Pet Resort, Bakersfield
Non Voting Members
- Dean Marla Iyasere, CSUB School of Humanities and Social Sciences
- Dr. David A. Cherin, Interim Assistant Vice President Office of Grants, Research and Sponsored Programs
