Katrina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master of Science degree in Educational Counseling (emphasis in Student Affairs) at CSU Bakersfield. She works directly with faculty, staff, employers and community partners as the Director at the CSUB Center for Career Education & Community Engagement. This work includes coordinating and supervising counseling staff, counseling students and alumni on career education topics, providing technology support for online career management systems (Handshake) and managing academic internship placement data for the campus.

Diane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Science in Educational Counseling at CSU Bakersfield. She works directly with students on all facets of Career Planning, and collaborates closely with faculty members to coordinate classroom projects related to career development. Previously, Diane worked for many years as a Customer Service Manager for QANTAS Airways, and within recruitment and administration for the CSUB Social Work Program. She has also served as a volunteer for several Non-Profit organizations in the Bakersfield community.

Janet Rivera earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Educational Counseling at CSU, Bakersfield. Over the years, while working with ACS, BPA, ASI, and CECE, she has worked closely with students, staff, and faculty.  As a Career Counselor, she works closely with Students and Alumni in providing Career Development and Job Search Counseling as well as collaborates with faculty members to implement career features to their program.

Michelle is a double CSUB alumnae with a BS in Communications and recently earned her MS in Counseling. She previously worked on campus at the School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Engineering. In NSME, she worked in various departments including Grants & Outreach, the Student Center, and ultimately, the Office of the Dean. She enjoys working with and helping students, having also volunteered as a scholarship evaluator with Kern Community Foundation and served on the Prospanica (formerly National Society of Hispanic MBAs) Bakersfield chapter.
