Spring Career Expo

Wednesday, March 20, 2019 |  Student Recreation Center, GYM (SRC-GYM) | 11:00am - 3:00pm 

This event will host numerous employers to promote their jobs & internships to our students and alumni in a variety of fields. 



  • Registration will be reviewed by CECE staff. Email confirmation will be sent to contact once approved 
  • Employers with outstanding fees will not be permitted to attend the fair, until their account is paid.

Fees and Payment 

  • Early Registration (ends on 1.25.19) 
    • Non Profit $125.00
    • Gov $175.00
    • For-Profit $ 225.00 
  • Registration Fee
    • Non Profit $175.00
    • Gov $225.00
    • For-Profit $ 300.00 
  • Payment is due prior to the event.
  • Payment options include Credit Cards and Checks. Please include 54CAF in the mailing address when sending check. 

Registration Fee includes: 

  • One 8-foot rectangle table with cover 
  • Lunch for two representatives 
  • On-Campus Parking (one spot)

Additional Representatives 

  • More than 2 representatives: $25.00 per representative (Includes lunch)

Cancellation Policy 

  • In the event that a company chooses to withdraw from the career fair, the following refund policy will apply. 
  • Cancellations received two weeks before the event will receive registration fee minus $50.00 refund. 
  • No refund will be issued two weeks prior to the event. 
  • No shows will be billed.

Display/Set-Up Guidelines

  • Employer/Placement Tables: "First come,first served". 
  • Space is limited between tables, please be considerate of your neighbors when displaying your signs. 
  • Bring display items, give-aways, business cards, brochures, applications etc.
  • Due to limited space, we cannot store materials prior to the event.

Event Advertising 

  • The Spring Career Expo will be advertised on campus to students. All job opportunities can be linked to your registration on Handshake.
